Overview

When there isn’t any school or if her mom haven’t forced her outside the house, she is typically in the basement playing obscure video games. If you notice her spacing out, which is very often, she’s just mentally solving a random math problem. It’s just way of ignoring ghost who approach her for favors.

Personality

Lethargic, aloof, and quiet. Unless she’s really looking forward to something else, she doesn’t really mind tagging along with others. More accurately, she just can’t be bothered to to tell them off. It’s really hard to tell since she speaks exclusively in one liners spoken in lower caps. Her voice is also really dry monotone.

She has a lot of opinions about really obscure things but doesn’t have the energy to express them outside of anonymous boards. Will get really obsessive over seemingly simple and boring stuff; in other words she’s a try-hard for all the wrong things.

Finds a lot of his antiques endearing and will parrot whatever he does. Although she doesn't relate to his enthusiasm towards folk lore and all things magic related, she likes looking for an excuses to not do her school work. So she tags along to whatever nonsense he's investigating.

Her girl na friend. Can't say no to her, no matter how badly she wants to. Psyche had always respected the effort she takes with every thing in her life. Mary was basically the complete opposite of her. Psyche had spent so many years quietly appreciating her from afar, you can imagine Psyche's surprise when Mary started paying attention to her and dragging around to her hobbies.

Psyche is typically wearing some kind of hoodie with a oversized denim pants. Her favorite pair of sneakers are worn out and refuses to replace them until the soles fall out - they almost are. She’s the type to get whatever happens to be in her cabinet, which means it’s usually the tackiest fashion from the yesteryear. Just as long she showers twice a day and brushes her hair, she does not really care about her appearance.

History

Part of the original Psych! cast from January of 2019. Psyche’s is one of my older OCs. She was originally conceived with a more timid personality. Basically she was babied by the rest of the cast with August July acting as the older brother figure. The only thing that’s consistent is her dislike for ghost and wanting nothing to do with them. Unfortunately though she was constantly dragged around by Lily Skye, who was initially going to be her love interest.

She’s kind of my comfort oc and usually the first thing I draw when I’m sad.
