A nosey kleptomaniac trouble maker with too much free time
Troublemaker who gets away with a lot of stuff purely because of how much of a loser he comes off as. He likes meddling with other people’s lives and just generally being a neausance.
Kind of a romanticist that knows a lot more than he lets on. Quick to make assumptions about people; they are always suspiciously correct though. His default phrase is “Hell Yeah” and says it regardless of whether or not the situation warrants a “Hell Yeah”.
Despite having good relationships with just about everyone, he’s actually quite guarded. Very few people actually know who he is and the why he gets up to the shenanigans he does.
Usually wearing a long sleeved turtle neck sweater of varying colors paired with short. Alternatively, he frequently wears oversized shirts with the strangest prints; Like of events for defunct companies or knock-offs that he finds really funny. Most of his clothes are previously Lily Skye’s.
Funnily, Evan used to be the complete opposite of everything he is right now. He was originally a social recluse who only every bothered. He was Lily’s cousin who had this weird spirit thing looming over his shoulder (woooooo, spooky..!).
